Fall Serein are an Italian alternative metal and hard rock band from Tuscany, blending crushing riffs, powerful female vocals, atmospheric textures, and unconventional structures into a sound that moves between darkness and ethereality, intensity and restraint, with occasional avant-garde and jazz-inflected elements.
Their music explores the connection between the human soul and the natural world, drawing on themes of transformation, identity, inner conflict, and rebirth. Nature is not simply an aesthetic, but a language through which the band gives voice to something wild, instinctive, and deeply human.
Their symbol, the stag beetle, is inspired by German folklore, where it is known as the “fire spreader”, an animal carrying burning embers. For Fall Serein, fire represents destruction as a necessary part of renewal: burning away what lies on the surface to uncover something more genuine underneath.
