  • Sizes may vary slightly depending on manufacturer

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£)

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 working days

  • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer

  • You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on location

  • UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 working days after dispatch

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services

If your item has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.

6. Returns & Refunds

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us

  • Items must be returned using a tracked method with proof of delivery

  • Customer is responsible for all postal costs of returns

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or made-to-order items (unless faulty)

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

We will offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
