Flame or Redemption is a five-piece melodic death metal band born in Munich in 2018. From their very first show, the tone was set: a win at the SPH Band contest and the start of a journey that would take them through the German metal scene and far beyond.

Founded and fronted by soprano vocalist Isabelle Croft, the band has made duality their territory. Clean vocals, melodic and deeply felt. Distorted tones, growls and screams that reach for something raw and real. Riffs ranging from crushing to deeply melodic, with solos that hit hard. Lyrics written in both French and English that face the darker sides of human experience head on. Isabelle's voice and presence first reached millions through her appearance on the German national television show All Together Now — and have not stopped since.

Often compared to Within Temptation for their melodic power, Jinjer for their vocal intensity and Spiritbox for the way they balance heaviness with emotional tension, Flame or Redemption have built a world that is entirely their own.

Their debut album Last Judgement, released in November 2025, is a journey between shadow and light — free will, inner conflict, transformation, and that slow but powerful road back to yourself.

After years of playing stages across Germany, the fire is now spreading. France, Europe, and beyond.
