June In Purple is a Hard Rock/NWOCR band from Verdal Norway.

The band started out right before the covid outbreak in 2020 just for fun, to have a laugh, a few beers and to play some cover songs.

In 2025 the band released their critically acclaimed EP Psychobitch from where the title track reached nr 1 on charts in the U.K and Canada, and was single of the week on multiple independent radio stations across the globe and power song of the week on HOEX Radio in The Netherlands.

The band also released their two singles Dirty Little Liar (October 2025) and On Your Knees (January 2026) to great reviews.

On Your Knees reached nr 25 on the iTunes Rock Chart Top 100 in Norway.

In 2026 after a few necessary lineup changes they are currently working in Lydhagen Studios with renowned producer Tony Wade to release new music late summer/early autumn of 2026.

June In Purple have a few shows coming up this summer/fall/winter to promote their new music and spread the word to a wider audience.

In August the band will play their first ever show at Ray`s Bar in Norway`s Rock City nr 1 Trondheim and play a hometown gig at Rocktoberfest in late October.

The band will also do small tour with the metal band Glasgow Kiss from Bergen in November, dates and venues still to be announced.
