After a summer of performances, including Sweden Rock Festival and a successful European tour, LÝSIS is now preparing to release their highly anticipated debut album, At The Edge Of Existence.

Rooted in Swedish melodic death metal while shaped by influences from a wide range of genres, the album showcases the band's distinctive sound.

With a focus on emotion rather than the boundaries of genre, the band has created an album where each track strengthens the emotional journey.

Across its nine tracks, the album takes the listener on a journey confronting their own mortality. From the shock of receiving life-changing news, through self-reflection, death anxiety, and memories unfolding like scenes from a film, to the final moments of life. A subject that touches every living being.

At the Edge of Existence was released on September 10. The release was followed by an album release show at Broken Dreams in Borlänge on September 12, marking the start of a Swedish tour to promote the album throughout 2026, with shows in six cities ranging from Gällivare in the north to Norrköping in the south.
