Midgard are a Heavy, Stoner, Doom Metal band from Brazil. They have a long history stretching back to 1999 and are considered one of the pioneers of the genre in their home country.

Midgard are inspired by the dark, epic and emotional spirit of the great American and European acts of the 1980s .

Midgard blend powerful riffs, melancholic atmospheres, and introspective lyrics together making them one of the most distinctive and respected acts of the underground metal scene in Brazil.
