Throwing Distance are a UK post-hardcore band formed in late autumn 2024, drawing influence from Saosin, Title Fight, and Underoath. Their sound blends emotional intensity with driving melodies and explosive dynamics.

The band released their debut EP, Hear You Out, in February 2025 via their independent label, Far Reach Records, followed by their second EP, Home, in July 2025. Throughout the year, they played shows across the South of England, establishing themselves within the alternative scene.
